If you want a full coverage concealer for a low price, this is might be the one for you It should be noted that these are pretty thick so you don’t need a lot of it. And if you have dry skin, you’ll want to really moisturize before apply these on.
LA Girl carries a large selection of different shades of this product to choose from. Including a lavender, peach, red, yellow, light yellow, and green color-correcting concealers.
As far as application, there’s a cool little brush on it that makes it really early to spread on the product, and it’s in a squeeze tube so you can apply as much or little as you want. I find this really convenient when I’m on the go and need a conceal something. If you have sensitive skin, the bristles of this brush might feel like it’s poking you a bit.
The color correcting concealers really take care of the discoloration in the skin, but honestly the regular concealer colors do too. But these aren’t just good for concealing those unwanted blemishes. They’re a great product to use as an eyeshadow base or to carve out and perfect those brows.
Personally, I don’t like using this product to contour and highlight but there are people who really love it. Just know that if your skin isn’t super moisturized, these can and will make you feel really dry or cakey. This isn’t usually a problem near the T-Zone area (nose and forehead). If you do choose to use it to contour, you’ll want to really make sure you put it on evenly or else it will look patchy once you set it.
